Terms and Conditions for Delhi NCR Express and Packers Movers

1. Scope of Services

Delhi NCR Express and Packers Movers (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) agrees to provide relocation services for your household or commercial goods within India. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Packing: The Company will provide packing materials and labor to pack your belongings securely.
• Transportation: The Company will transport your belongings to your designated destination in a safe and timely manner.
• Loading and Unloading: The Company will load your belongings onto the moving vehicle and unload them at your new location.
• Unpacking (Optional): The Company can provide unpacking services at an additional cost.
• Storage (Optional): The Company can store your belongings in a secure warehouse for a fee.

2. Estimates and Charges

• The Company will provide a free, non-binding estimate based on the information you provide about your move.
• The final cost of services may vary depending on the weight, volume, and distance of your move, as well as any additional services requested.
• Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the estimate and a payment schedule will be agreed upon before services commence.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing an accurate inventory of your belongings to be moved.
• You are responsible for preparing your belongings for packing, including disassembly of furniture if necessary.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for parking the moving vehicle at your origin and destination locations.
• You are responsible for valuables and important documents. The Company recommends packing these items yourself and carrying them with you.

4. Insurance

• The Company offers basic insurance coverage for your belongings during transport.
• Optional additional insurance coverage can be purchased to provide a higher level of protection.
• You are responsible for reviewing the terms and limitations of any insurance coverage before your move.

5. Liability

• The Company’s liability for any loss or damage to your belongings is limited to the value declared on the Bill of Lading or the terms of the purchased insurance coverage.
• The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or events beyond its control.

6. Claims

• Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted to the Company in writing within a specified timeframe (to be defined by the Company).
• The Company will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel your move up to (number) days before the scheduled moving date with a full refund of any deposits.
• Cancellations within (number) days of the move may result in a cancellation fee.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mutual agreement.
